Both the food and the service were exceptional. This was our first time at the restaurant and we both enjoyed it greatly.
It was soooo good!! Who would have thought the poached egg over cabbage... was sooo Delish!!!

My Wife & I were invited to a Dear Friends daughter College Graduation Luncheon Celebration. This was our very first visit. We had a wonderful time. The food was so delicious. We had the pulled pork sliders & the chicken piccata pasta. The atmosphere was nastagic, intimate & delightful. We love the Gruene Door & Village. We will definitely come back very soon.
The food and the service was excellent. It was a great choice for Mother's Day!
Delicious Sunday brunch. We had the omelette and chorizo & egg scramble. Requested only egg whites on both plates and was told they didn't have time to do that. Hmmmm ... Good service and a gorgeous day. Sat outdoors in the courtyard. Felt like a vacation. ❤️
The best shrimp and grits ever. Amazing quality and very large portions. Can't wait to go back!
