Excellent care by receptionists and doctors. Very well organised surgery, the team show genuine care for patients.
Very reluctant . They do even care till i push them to remind my appointment. Bad
Each time I have spoken with the reception team I have found them always approachable helpful and friendly. And being a new patient and have already seen one of the doctors there I have found it all but a very pleasant enjoyable time when not well it is what is needed a calm approaching helpful manner
Went to register here due to a nightmare gp service at meadowview and found the receptionist here at Grove very friendly and approachable
Doctors are great But the reception staff are atrocious You get a lot of lies from certain people Absolute disgrace
