These apartments take advantage of our kids. School starts in August and ends in May but they still have to pay June and July even though they aren't living there. It needs to be a 10 month lease. Oh and if you get someone to take over those two months, our kids are charged 85% of the June rent and person taking over only has to pay 15%. Totally unfair. They should be getting their rent for June from the new tenant so why punish the kid that goes home for the summer and make them pay for an apartment they are not living in. ... read more
Can't wait to move in! Harley, Anissa and I are going to have so much fun!
I like that everything is furnished, but when it comes to management or the staff they need a little work on running the complex. At the very beginnig my roommates and I had an issue with people and their illegal substances that the cops had to come out and the grove still didn't do anything. The manager even said they were breaking the contract lease but still didn't do anything about it. The management is just ran badly but other than that everything is alright.
