RecommendedI absolutely love living at The Grove! I moved in about six months ago and since then I haven't had a single problem. Maintenance is always there to check anything or or fix something if I need and all the office staff are so super nice! i would 100% recommend living here.

The place sucks dick. If I could give negative stars I would. Management is nothing but misfit college students that don’t know anything about customer service and exercise. My fiancé lived there and it was always something that mainly revolves around money. They try to scam you all the time with overage electrical fees and move out fees. I lived at the Grove from May 2019- July 2020. This place is a joke from office staff to maintenance they are just irresponsible and nasty. When I moved in, I was given a packet and sent on my way, they never gave me information on my mailbox, how cable and wifi worked or even where my apartment was. Absolutely horrible apartments. No communication AT ALL. The desk girls are rude and are not helpful at all. My roommate and I went months with no AC and they kept coming up with excuses for why they couldn’t fixed it, 3 months into the lease they finally fixed it. We put in maintenance request and they take their time getting to them, you have to call and ask them about it multiple times. They don't care about the tenants, all they care about is getting money. They claim a lease is 12 months, but then say all leases end in July, no matter when you signed on. My lease should have ended in May, they said it didn't end until July. Horrible staff, I was told by 3 different people at 3 different times I would be put on a lease take over list after the person prior told me they would put me on the list. Started off okay living there. But my apartment always smelled like marijuana, pool was ALWAYS closed, the “on call” number doesn’t work even thought we had water coming from the water heater closet. Nothing gets done when asked. Girls do not know a thing up front you have to call corporate. Signed my lease over to somebody and they’re supposed to take my remaining leases cause I do not live there anymore. BUT somehow gave that person only one of my leases not both.
