As parent we made the long journey to Stephenville to look for housing for our daughter as she prepared to leave home to attend school. She was able to live off campus so we began exploring our options. We went to many apartments in Stephenville only to find and lease with the grove. The apartments were clean,furnished and well maintained. Glad we found the grove.
BEWARE...... take pics of place write everything down (make a copy) do the same upon move out if you take the bite and move in....
