I've lived at the Grove for going on three years now, it is an excellent place to live for the price. The rent may sound steep on paper, but it is definitely worth it. Everything is included so there is just a once a month payment, and hey you can't beat 134 free channels and free internet. If your looking for decently priced rent with alot of perks and a friendly and helpful staff I would definitely recommend living at the Grove.
My son moved in yesterday and at first we had many issues with his unit from the previous tenants, I called the front desk and literally within 20 minutes, they had fixed the issues and replaced any items that were not functioning properly. The customer service was great and we were able to get him moved in and on time due to the quick response from staff, maintenance and management. Happy Mom here.
Nice place to live and Tan Love the CA's
They charge for everything and are over priced. Maintenance broke something of mine and decided to throw it and not tell me a thing. Worker insulted me for calling the cops on a party during finals. And now I get a fine for something I didn't even know about. DO NOT LIVE HERE
