The Grove is a joke. My daughter lives here. Nothing but "i don't care attitude". The air conditioner went out in the heat of the summer. O well our maintenance men don't work on the weekend. Took days to fix. Dishwasher leaked. Oven broke. Now the heat is out. Maintenance men don't work on the weekend manager doesnt work on the weekend. It is freezing. Do you want to stay in the cold? The Grove property has excellent amenities, they're pet friendly, and their staff is so much fun! It is hands down the best off-campus housing in Stephenville. I love The Grove.
Looking for a female to lease take-over Spring 2017 semester (Jan 2017-July 2017). 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment - 1 opening. Call 817-219-7801 for details. Daughter transferring schools to another program but have really enjoyed The Grove and Tarleton.
