I've been with the surgery my entire 30 years of living and ever since Covid has stopped, this is the only GP in the country that hasn't gone back to normal. Having to call between 8:30 - 9am to TRY and get an appointment. I called at half 8 this morning, was third in the the queue & when the phone started ringing as if I was next, it continued to ring for the next 15mins until 8:45 & no answer.
