RecommendedThis is the best place I have ever lived! It is quiet, there is no apartment noise, the staff is absolutely amazing, everything is kept very clean, and communication from the staff via email is really great! Lake Raleigh is right across the street and the hiking trails there are lovely. The nearby Hunt Library is so cool that I take visitors/friends on little tours there. I am very happy here.

I've lived at the greens for a year and it was by far the best apt complex and the best people in the office,always ready to help and understanding! 5 stars on everything!
Living at The Greens has been a great experience. Every member of the staff is always friendly, courteous, and goes out of their way to make living here a pleasure. The amenities (coffee, gym, pool, etc) are always in good working order and I have never had an issue. The proximity to downtown ($5 uber or easy bike ride), the farmers market, green ways, I-40, Cary, etc make this apartment complex in my opinion one of the overall best in Raleigh.
