We had a Great experience with The Green Way Solar company and their electrical sub contractor. They carried out a comprehensive survey of our property and explained in great detail the various options open to us for installing solar panels and a battery. All the staff involved were very helpful. The installation went very smoothly and tidily. Overall I would recommend The Green Way Solar for any solar installation. Richard
Amazing Service from start to finish the no pressure quote and site visit from Michael to answering all my questions and queries over many emails to the absolutely incredible install team - just an amazing service. 20 solar panels fitted with a Tesla power wall 3 battery system all the wire works has been installed so neatly with no wires on show which was a big concern for me. This was completed Just under a year ago and ive just had the team back to install an additional battery, so I can maximise the power of the sun.
There are many good solar install companies around. For me the ones that stand out are those that cope well when things don’t go according to plan; there won’t be a company out there that has not suffered this. My install with The Geen Way had a big issue, unseen until the installers could look closely at the roof. As soon as the issue was found the Sales Director Duncan was on the phone to me, fixing up to come out the next day. Even though the job I asked Green Way Solar to do was a small one they approached it with the same degree of seriousness, respect and care as they would a high paying one. They were professional, helpful and the work was carried out to an excellent standard. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone reading this comment. Thank you.
