We needed new shutters for the whole house - so not a small job. We’ve been very happy with The Great Shutter Co throughout the whole process - from measurement, helping us choose the product, sticking to timelines, all the way to installation. One sometimes almost expects some snags with big jobs like this, but this was spotless. Would highly recommend to others!
We are really pleased with the quality and design of our shutters. The price was comparable to other companies but we were particularly impressed with the excellent customer service from the initial point of contact. We noticed that one of the shutters wasn't quite aligned properly (hardly noticeable!) but the fitter came back within a few days and rectified the issue easily. Thank you!
5/5 from start to finish. Very knowledgeable people! Their communication was great and quick responses if we needed anything or an update. When the person came to install I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient he was! The shutters look better than I expected and make such a big difference to the house. Have already recommended another person to go with the company and they ended up placing an order as they had the same experience.
About seven years ago we had shutters installed into our bedroom and downstairs bay windows; we've been very pleased with them and have had no issues at all with them. We’ve just had bi-fold shutters installed in a second bedroom and are equally as happy. In both cases the installation was very smooth and the staff polite and friendly
