Initial meeting was really good and informative about what we were looking for, we have moisture in the bedroom windows and the appropate shutters were suggested along with can out blinds behind! We had good information on the process and fitting was quick on the day and really good quality! We had a walk through how to clean use and maintain the shutters to fit us! Really good thank you
The fitter arrived on time and was very efficient. He was polite and cleaned up after the job was done. The shutters look great we are vey pleased with them.
Had my shutters fitted this week in three windows. They have surpassed expectations, they look beautiful. Delivery time took a little longer than hoped but am so happy with the result. The fitter, was also excellent, he was so quick, clean and tidy and informative. Excellent service provided. Would recommend.

The whole experience was 1st class. The consultant visit was professional and extremely helpful, showing us what colour, design and features you could have with no feeling of being pushed into a purchase. Excellent communication from the office with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The fitter who came was very efficient, explained exactly how the shutters worked and ensured he tidied up afterwards. I would definitely use The Great Shutter Co again and recommend to anyone who needed shutters fitted.
