The whole experience was 1st class. The consultant visit was professional and extremely helpful, showing us what colour, design and features you could have with no feeling of being pushed into a purchase. Excellent communication from the office with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The fitter who came was very efficient, explained exactly how the shutters worked and ensured he tidied up afterwards. I would definitely use The Great Shutter Co again and recommend to anyone who needed shutters fitted.

We needed new shutters for the whole house - so not a small job. We’ve been very happy with The Great Shutter Co throughout the whole process - from measurement, helping us choose the product, sticking to timelines, all the way to installation. One sometimes almost expects some snags with big jobs like this, but this was spotless. Would highly recommend to others!
We had our shutters installed by Luke we have to say they look brilliant and have transformed the rooms we totally pleased with the fitting Luke took his time with the fitting and alignment of the shutters and would totally recommend the great shutter company. From the sales team to the fitting.
We are really pleased with the quality and design of our shutters. The price was comparable to other companies but we were particularly impressed with the excellent customer service from the initial point of contact. We noticed that one of the shutters wasn't quite aligned properly (hardly noticeable!) but the fitter came back within a few days and rectified the issue easily. Thank you!
