My elderly relative moved to this surgery last year. They have been fantastic! Always polite and helpful on the phone, they have responded quickly and professionally to all issues and queries. I feel so fortunate to be able to speak to a person and receive the help and care my relative needs - big thanks to the reception team, paramedics, Drs, District nurses and prescription team.
Dr Bannel looks after all 3 of us and she is by far the best GP we have ever had. She is caring, professional and extremely helpful. The nurses and all the other team members have been amazing over the last 2 years, which have been very difficult. Thank you!
Hardworking and dedicated staff, attention to detail, make me feel cared for. This surgery came in for some stick a few years ago which is affecting their rating, but they really are back in a good place now. I'm very happy with them
Just a quick one, i came into the surgery a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Nikki at reception who was extremely helpful and very polite. Then onto Michelle the nurse, who was also very helpful and kind. Both are a credit to the surgery
I can't fault this surgery. Amazing help on the phones and the doctors/Nurses move mountains to assist my daughter when she needs them. I personally feel heard and very well cared for whenever I visit. A sincere THANK YOU from my family.
