This is my dad’s second care home. My dad has been here for 2 weeks on the 2nd floor and I have been extremely happy with the care and everything else I have witnessed. The carers are so patient and kind. When obstacles have arisen the management have been very accommodating. The food is great and there are activities and stimulation for the residents. The garden is beautiful. I am very comfortable that my dad is here and I feel confident he is well looked after.
My Mom has been in this care home for about six months now, I took my mom to many other care homes and I found all the care homes are not adequately treating the residents, even to my mom. This was the fourth care home that my mom is in and this care home is the best I'd say!! the staff are so serious about caring and the management is providing all the needs to the residents properly and on time! It’s not well run my mother has lost clothes, she is supposed to be turned every 4 hrs she not, her water is out of reach no cup anyway the sip cups are dirty, I took marks meals in for her , she didn’t get them unless I insisted , she is bed bound so stuck in a tiny room and mostly forgotten about I wouldn’t even give one star I beg of you please please do not send anyone here the staff especially the manager are cruel nasty and vindictive I wouldn’t send a dog therefore
