I was not very happy with the toilet facilities. They could be better. The nappy changing area was dirty. Mouldy and the wood panels were rotting. It was very unpleasant and there was no nappy disposal bin.
Since everything is paper less these days and you have to go online to book there shouldn’t be any mistakes I left a message online that I would be away on holiday and I still got a letter saying I did not attend eye My hospital appointment
I'd like to thank you for the service and great support. Nice receptionists, excellent nursing staff understand my problems and provide solutions, organising entire process of checking and dealing with the issue I had. The nurse dealt with me was passionate about providing outstanding patient care with exceptional attention to details. This lady is NHS role model. Thank you Another happy patient.
