Good speedy service. PATCHS on Monday, appointment arranged for Wednesday. On time. Staff and GP were nice.

I’m with grange group practice from long time. when I ring up or come in to book appointments staff is helpful and tries to book appointment. Sometimes I didn’t get appointment but most of the time I do.
Hi, I was unable to cancel a booked appointment for 9am as when I called the practice to advise I had to work (which was before 8:30am as driving after then), there was no answer and no voicemail machine to leave a message advising I was unable to attend. When an appointment reminder text is sent, it would be beneficial for all if a text link or email address stated to contact advising of need to cancel appointment.
