I am here for a conference and I must say it is an AMAZING place. The staff is wonderful. Only problem I had was when I arrived I was looking for a soda to take to my room and was told my only options were the mini bar in the room or the lounge bar. The next day I found their Sundries store. Would have been nice to know it was there from the front staff. No big deal and not enough to make me say anything bad about the hotel. Grand America is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! My family usually goes during Christmas time and the decorations are so beautiful!
The staff was so helpful and they will help in all means to make u feel comfort. If they maintain the meeting rooms little clean, that will be great. Overall it was great experience.

Place was beautiful we enjoyed our stay. The hotel had everything we needed and more.
I absolutely LOVED this hotel! Only two complaints.... 1) The WIFI was terrible!!! So bad that my husband could not work from the hotel. Big problem! 2) The menu. It's the exact same in every restaurant, including Room Service! And, it wasn't that good! However, my friends did enjoy the Clam Chowder a lot. Loved the Harp playing in the lobby each day. The Spa was amazing! Staff was great! See you next year!
