Spacious, elegant, quiet and private rooms make this a heavenly retreat. Our favorite hotel by far. So glad we chose to come here on our wedding night and for our anniversary. We plan to continue this tradition.
Our family, with 3 teenagers, decided to spend a white Christmas weekend at The Grand American after a week of skiing in Park City, Utah. What a great experience!! Definitely a 5 star all the way around. The five of us had two rooms with an adjoining foyer, a king suite and two doubles. The stockings on our doors on Christmas morning was an added bonus and the Christmas brunch was divine. Service, food, amenities, grand spa --- all were the best. We are back in Florida tonight and I already miss it!!
I seek out these Grand Older Hotels where they have magnificent lobbies, larger rooms, and old school service including room service on Christmas Day! A note to our younger generation; give these hotels a chance you will be impressed and it will create a positive memory.
Stayed in this hotel in the Executive Suite it was amazing we loved it. We will be back whenever we can thank you for the staycation and the amazing service! �����
My choir, The Debra Bonner Unity Gospel Choir, was on KSL 5 Today at 4:30-7:00, so a group of us got a room to be closer to the Triad Center. We have a wonderful rest before AND after our performance, and at breakfast we were pampered wonderfully! Love the Grand America!!!
What a great place to stay! Very clean and he staff is unbelievable! We have had meetings here for 2 days and the facility is one that we will be back again for.
The Grand America Hotel is elegant, refined and luxurious. My wife and I have dined at the Garden Cafe a few times and have always been treated superbly by the staff. The food is excellent and almost exotic. I have almost always had to ask for and explanation to understand what is in some of the entrees. This level of sophistication is not inexpensive, but we have always felt we got our money's worth.
