We attended an event there the room was awesome the food was excellent and the staff was wonderfulm
My WEDDING BAND WAS STOLEN BY THE MAID . Walking out of my room in the middle of the day as I was walking in I can't believe this happen in a high end hotel , is been a week I keep calling and keep being told I will be contacted back and Nothing !!
We were there for afternoon tea and I have never been treated better. Our server Dan, was the most thoughtful and attentful person there. The staff even went above and beyond and surprised my mother and I with special birthday desserts. It was a perfect relaxing afternoon were we left feeling like royalty. Definitely will be back soon.
We stayed in room 767 today, would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the housekeeper stole my wife's wedding band!!!! Never again , we filed a police report and spoke the hotel security, unless you want Jewelry stolen from you're room, avoid Grand America Hotel
Everything was cooked and seasoned very well and the people were quite nice! The buffet looked really good. I'm going to try that next time!
Fantastic hotel, service was great and everyone is so friendly. The rooms are spacious and the views are great as well.
It's a great place I wish they could be more accurate in the waiting time for the Buffett yeah it was busy but it was worth it, food is great as well the server keep it the great work.
Best experience we've had at any hotel! The service is first class and the hotel is perfectly located in the city and close to all the skiing!
It was so clean, very big, very classy, fancy, and it was beautiful. The chandilears were beatiful. The stores in the lobby was nice and my favorite part was the restrooms..I felt like a rich queen there�
