I brought my daughter there for the Afternoon Tea service yesterday for her 10th birthday. Our service was great, but all of the sandwiches that were made for my daughter tasted stale. She didn't eat any of the ones prepared for her. The table behind us was full of children (as part of a larger wedding party), and they all got to choose which types of sandwiches they would be served. This is a beautiful hotel. The amenities are amazing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel rooms are huge. The conference space is exquisite. Great hotel!

Wow. Just wow. I'm one of those who wishes there was a zero stars option. This is the most money I've ever paid to stay in a hotel and it was the worst experience I've ever had.
