Fabulous weekend of perfection at the amazing Grand America hotel. Jacob Scott was beyond incredible for the entire journey, we couldn't have done it without him!! Thanks to Chris, Lindsey and Annie for all our 20 guest room needs and Martin for overseeing a spectacular dinner as we celebrated my daughters wedding. 226 guests from all over the country came together and had the most wonderful weekend. No place like the Grand.

Too old. Rooms smell old, the carpets are old, the beds are old, the TV is just a cheap 38," internet connection sucks, the furniture looks and are old. Needs to be refurbished really bad. Unfortunately- this is the best place in SLC.
Not best customer service. Many tiny issues not addressed. For 5 star service I give this hotel 3 stars
I stay at this hotel twice a year for the tradeshow my company is apart and each and every time they meet and over exceed my expectations. Great staff, great ambiance and I love the harp player in the lobby. 5 Stars is an understatement for this great hotel!
