This place is incredible. Every square inch is immaculate. From arrival to you get to your room, you will be impressed. Our room (premier double queen) was perfect with a balcony view of city and mountains to the west. Perfect downtown location. It is also kid friendly. Our 6 year old loves it here.

I wish the beds were not hard as a rock. Each morning I woke up with my back and body hurting. The food and staff were wonderful.

Just checking in to the Grand America is 5 Star. From the Valet to the front desk check in. Once in our room, we had a boxed and decorated cake wishing us a Happy Anniversary , never disappoints .

Very disappointed in the service at the Grand America breakfast brunch. Our waiter never checked on us and we had to flag him down to get additional drinks. Our plates piled up on our table and we just felt very let down for what we thought would be an amazing experience. I don't appreciate gratuity being automatically added when nothing was done to deserve it.

The facilities and level of service were amazing. I am concerned that my stay here will ruin my experience at all other hotels.
