Best hotel I have ever stayed at and the food Is delishes
I have stayed here many times and have always been pleased! The brunch is always delicious and the rooms are comfortable and nice
Sign posted that coffee was available in lobby at 4:00. Wasn't available until 4:35.
I've never stayed but loved the toy store and especially the Christmas windows, the pioneer woman brags on it all the time...it is her favorite hotel
Me and the husband just celebrated our anniversary. The hotel is so beautiful. The staff is so friendly and really take the time to make sure your takin care of. The spa staff is amazing too. True customer service. The food is really good. And to end our stay they gave us an anniversary gift. Best hotel and best staff!

Great accommodations. Best shower ever, water pressure awesome. Coffee shop with reasonable prices. Only complaint no where to plug in phone next to Bed.
Experienced distinctive hospitality during a hotel stay while traveling on business after a very long time. Staff is extremely courteous & helpful. The Garden Cafe has a small but eclectic menu. I couldn't help splurging a little bit at the toy store .. A must stop if you have a little one waiting at home. The eclair at the bakery was divine and the spa is amongst the top rated in the U.S. All amenities are reasonably priced considering this is a 5 star hotel that delivers on the rating.
