Mismanaged building with water damage and mold Clear water damage and mold but no attempts to fix for two months. We have been living in this building since March of 2021 and have loved the location and neighborhood of the building. The front desk and attendants are great and very friendly. However, the management team have been struggling to maintain the property and units. A little over two months ago our AC unit overflowed onto our carpets. Close to Metro as well as to Interstates. The management and service are excellent and we are made to feel important.

Maintenance service provided quickly .Great amenities with three gyms and indoor pool and an outdoor pool plus common areas to sit inside and out. Several groups to allow you to join and meet others in building . Library. Great room. Out door patios and grills plus kids play area. Walking distance to metro and buses. Near 495 and 270. Nice living experience.
You have discontinued... (Verified Renter) You have discontinued many services since we moved in, the decor used to be elegant, now it is drab. All palms have been removed, None of the services promised in our brochure exist anymore. But it is still a good place.
