The Grand The building is beautiful, 1 min walk to White Flint Metro. The pools are nice but too small. The staff is super nice, maintenance people are very kind. The gym is very nice and roomy with nice equipment. Walking distance from Pike & Rose and Whole Foods - Love the location

Luxury space and friendly staffs We love this place for many reasons. For us, a family with a kid, it's perfect place to live; beautiful and spacious backyard, playground, indoor and outdoor pool, BBQ grill, and also piano concert. Many kids live here and so my kid easily find friends to play with. Staffs are all very polite but very friendly. I highly recommend this community.

Amenities Gone! - The Grand isn't what it once was. Terrible place to live. Loud, noisy, constantly under construction. New manager joined April 2017 and has removed several amenities. Most residents hate living it here and we can't get out of our leases - amenities are constantly changing and there is no consistency in service, cleanliness, or management. They lure you into an expensive lease for a building with diminishing amenities, rude management and staff, and apartments with things constantly breaking and they give yo... read more
Grand Living in North Bethesda This is a wonderfully service-oriented building that is very well suited for busy professionals. Advantages are the location, the staff, and the views. I can walk to the metro and arrive quickly at my Washington office. Outside of working hours, we can walk or drive to an array of nearby shopping and dining -- there are weeks when I don't even drive my little antique sports car that is otherwise safely tucked away in an assigned spot in the secure underground garage. The Grand in North Bethesda This is the best location in North Bethesda since the Metro, and several bus lines are right out the side door. So access to Washington DC is fast & easy; you can walk to anything you need, including Whole Foods, CVS, shops, restaurants, parks & movie theaters; and The Grand is truly an amenity rich building. A wonderful home Spacious apartment with a nice view of courtyard, fitness center, coffee daily and bagels on weekend. Plenty of room with a nice walk in closet and plenty of kitchen space. Mnaagement cares about tenants.
