Can't beat the... (Verified Renter) Can't beat the convenient location. The building has been maintained, both inside and out, for many years. The upgraded apartments are exceptional and welcoming. Love being greeted at the entrance by friendly valets whether or not you're a resident. It's just a great atmosphere that makes it so pleasant to live here!

They really do... (Verified Renter) They really do make an effort to perform all phases of property management as best as they can- even the most difficult areas to need a response. I particularly like the immediate and onsite involvement of Garnell. The maintenance person- David, is very good and helps with all phases of property functioning.
Management is not good The building is old and needs a lot of repairs and updating. The problem is that Management gives you the runaround with repairs
