The grounds are... (Verified Renter) The grounds are beautiful and well maintained as well as the lobby and gym. The renovated Apts. are lovely with nice balconies. But,? I?m wondering why something wasn?t done to hide the pipes above the washer/dryer. Very unsightly! Had I seen that before I signed the lease, I would not have moved in.
