Been here 13+... (Verified Renter) Been here 13+ years and we are very happy. It is safe and well-managed. The mail room alone is a benefit not to be understated. We always get our packages. I also always see the property going through maintenance which is a good thing. A property that is not being maintained is a property in a state of decline.
