Simeon Rains rang me on a Sunday morning shortly after I subscribed to a mailing list, and showed me a property right away which turned out to be the one. Friendly, reliable and approachable, he never failed to either pick up the phone or ring back and helpfully acted as an intermediary between me and my vendor's slow solicitor!
