We were recommended to the glass house, we are so pleased we was,I’ve had to have glasses since I was 5 now over 70 and I can honestly say say the eye test we had with Nav was very thorough and such a nice man with patience of a saint, especially with me. The staff are simply the best,and very understanding, thank you all, we would certainly recommend them.

I personally feel, like most opticians, they make their money from selling glasses. There are different options for protecting your eyes from weakening as you get older. This is no different from their competitive sellers. I will be returning to optical express who work on the least need for glasses. This company seems happy to make your eyes lazy so you need more glasses 👓 n the future.

I had my most recent eye test here after using high street chain opticians for the past twenty years. I bought two frames for a very reasonable price. The best optician I've ever been to. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nav is very thorough with his examinations and prompt with referral to hospital when he's had concerns. I find the staff all very helpful with finding the right frames to suit me unlike regular high street chains who generally are prepared to sell you anything! I can't recommend them highly enough, you won't be disappointed.
