I have recently been for a niggly back problem. Clare knew my issues straight away and really helped with the pain. I am learning strategies to ease the pain in the short term and am working on rectified posture / ways of moving. Felt very ‘heard’ and everything was explained to me clearly. Really happy and would recommend

I was recommended to see Clare Sanderson at Gingerbread clinic after I was having problem with walking and swelling of my knee following total knee replacement, 3 years earlier! I went to see Clare and after massage, excercises and guidance I am able to resume normal activities! I would thoroughly recommend following her excercise plan and guidance of what not to do! Thank you Gingerbread clinic.

My partner did not make any progress and was in lot of pain for long periods of time after the sessions. There was no clarity, and no goal. My partner felt it was all doom and gloom. She chose to switch the physiotherapist. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant osteopaths in this clinic. After originally seeing Claire I thought that I would never need another osteopath but during her holiday last year I was booked in with Charlotte and now between the two I really don’t know which I prefer to see. I used to have to come in once a week with horrible lower back pain but because of their help I only book an appointment once every six months for some maintenance. Absolute life savers.
