Had a group booking worth a lot of money cancelled with no explanation. Only purchased voucher couple of weeks ago. Now can’t get anyone on phone or email. If they have gone bust then they shouldn’t have been selling vouchers so recently!!!
I too have had an email cancelling my booking for Sunday with no explanation. I have called and emailed but no response. I am now left with a £50 voucher I cannot use. Have the decency to let customers know whats happening.
Turned up today for a booking of 3, we did get a cancellation email from fresha assumed it was an error, turned up to shut doors, an explanation or a phone call at least from the actual spa would have been good, absolute joke!! Hoping we get our £300 back!
Have received an email cancelling our booking for three people next week without any explanation. Have tried to call again and again and email and am not receiving any response. I think they’ve probably gone bust, very frustrating as will now need to try and get my money back!!
