A “2 week” job took over 2 months. They ordered the wrong gearbox and then charged me for collection of the correct one. Car has now been collected and an engine oil leak has been identified. I have spoken with the staff and they told me they noticed it during the change but failed to let me know. The gearbox now needs to come out to fix it, for which they have quoted me another full day’s work. When I have questioned this I have been told that they were told to fix the gearbox, so they did.
