Had to update my review, as unfortunately this surgery has gone to pot. Can never speak to an actual doctor all you get is a text response, they don’t bother to read your request throughly and then offer advice via texts which is not suitable for your situation and had they of read the request they would of known this. It’s such a shame as used to be a great surgery but now it’s useless. Surgery is dreadful left my husband with no diabetic medication fo months before getting him ito surgery then telling him his bloods were high and could have heart attack or stroke. I was miss diagnosed twice by Dr Procter now left with no methotrexate for 3 days because nurse didn't send it to pharmacy as promised. Surgery is a joke looking for a surgery who gives a dam
May aswell just be a call centre but you can't call for appointments useless
Unfortunately was informed this morning that you can't book appointments via telephone and according to reception if you are unable to book online you must ask a friend or neighbour or even a stranger!!!! No notice has been given of this. This means that if you have no close friends, family or have a personal matter you wish to only discuss with a GP or have no acess to online unfortunately you can't see a doctor.
