Terrible company! Took my deposit in December and in May I had no garage door and was told (because I contacted them) that the company was going out of business. Been promised my deposit back a number of times now and still not received it. Do not touch these people, they take your money and you get nothing but grief for it!!
Very pleased with new garage roller door, from quote, order, deposit to installation the whole process was completed within 2/3wks, the door is very good quality compared to the door it replaced. Very happy with the cost. Many thanks, highly recommended.
Having got a quote from the garage door shop and looking on their reviews I was a little dubious about using them , but after speaking to James and him assuring me that all would be ok I decided to give him the benefit of my doubts , and all I can say is I have at this moment in time made the right decision, install and service were perfect , what a lovely work force they have , I can’t fault them from start to finish was a pleasure , would definitely recommend them , thank you James .
I absolutely recommend The Garage Door Shop for their price, quality and astonishingly dedicated service. It’s a family-run business which I have found to be the 21st century knights on white chargers of door installers. They installed two large sliding doors on a cart lodge for me, which worked perfectly for over a year. I ordered garage doors in February from James and team. I paid my deposit and have been strung along ever since. We’re a week from September and I still have no doors. This company is an absolute shambles. Avoid.
