I highly recommend the Garage Bramham, great buying experience and the customer service from Nick and Julian has been fantastic. I purchased the car a couple of months back and unfortunately it developed a fault with the radio, luckily it was covered under the RAC warranty provided. Nick was great and dealt with the RAC warranty cover so there was no hassle whatsoever, he even went above and beyond to cover the extra that was over the warranty allowance. Great blokes to deal with and got me a really good finance deal. However, once you take the car they don’t respond after that. Still waiting a year later for a spare key that was promised. Even signed the original invoice. Left messages/voicemails and not attempted to call back to resolve. Shame really, let’s the customer service side down. Probably will not return.
Great experience. None pushy sales service. I purchased my peugeot 2008 from nick. Highly recommended.
