Need to rob a bank to shop in this place. Joke
I ordered a cabinet online. Acknowledged receipt of order, then nothing. Emailed and called 0800 number. No response.Website has now been taken down. Avoid, it's a scam.
I Ordered a dining room table at 50% off, I then got confirmation that the order was successful then a few days later the order was dispatched. But today had email stating was cancelled and refunded but no refund and also no reason why it was cancelled. We sold out furniture due to getting confirmation our new one was dispatched.
Would give one star if possible. Ordered some chairs on the 8th June and they have taken my money and said my order has been delivered which it hasn't. Tried emailing and messenging on messenger numerous times with no response and if you try calling it is just an automated message saying you are calling out of opening times no matter when you call. Seems like it is a scam and i'm unfortunately a lot of money down
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I ORDERED A COFFEE TABLE WITH 50% OFF, that should have been the first clue, BUT STILL PAID A FEW HUNDRED POUNDS FOR IT, EMAIL COMES THANKING ME FOR MY ORDER, A FEW DAYS LATER ANOTHER EMAIL INFORMING ME THE ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND I SHOULD CHECK THE PROGRESS USING THE SHOP APP, NO TRACKING NUMBER OR NAME OF THE CARRIER GIVEN TO ME, that should have been the second clue, YOU CAN'T CHECK WITH THE SHOP APP WITHOUT TRACKING NUMBER.
