Back in December, my grandmother ordered to fix her chair and it is now March and this chair has still not been fixed. I have ran out of times where she has come into the store to check if the chair is fixed but all she hears is endless excuses and sob stories from the owner. Simply unacceptable!
No response a week later after the message was seen.
Terrible communication, booked for someone to come out and no one came. No calls, no returning of calls, and no apology for wasting time. Wouldn't recommend, plenty of better places in Bangor.
First class job, first class service!!! Amazing job Trevor, for our new Centre, could not have asked for anything more, really top notch. The Organisation will never be able to thank you enough.
