Use with caution! Typically FCC have done ok for me. However this last service was a bit different. After the service I took possession of my car. It had been with them overnight for a (as turned out unnecessary) repair. Sadly I did not notice the damage straight away, plus had not photographed the car before and after the service. Brought a Nissan micra (Renault engine) for timing chain change after recommendation and FRC didn’t disappoint, friendly efficient service, courtesy car, good detail explanation of work completed (which is extensive for this job) - 5stars
Absolutely fantastic service and couldn’t fault in anyway. Have worked on my car a few times and my husband’s van and have always been so helpful and reliable. Nothing is ever too much trouble or an issue.
I can't speak highly enough of this team. After a failed attempt at a more local garage to remove my locking wheel nuts (I never received the locking wheel nut key at point of purchase 2 years ago and didn't realise until last week when I needed new tryes), receiving absolutely no help or advice from Peugeot themselves (absolutely ludicrous customer support), The French Car company were recommended to me.
