It was a pleasure to work with the Fox & Fogarty Team. The photographer helped by staging our home and used lighting to create a wonderful album of slides that highlighted our home's best features. Tyler guided us through the process and handled each call from potential buyers. He negotiated the contract and gave us sound advice to their offers. I cannot say enough good things about this entire team. My husband and I relocated to Knoxville from Indianapolis and only had over a month of time to find something. This Team did absolutely awesome! This was my second home buying experience and i can honestly say Joe, Tyler and their team made it so easy. Much easier than the first time! They listened to what I wanted and they delivered just that. They have a young, fresh take on real estate and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house. Especially a first time home buyer. They keep their client's best interest in mind throughout the whole process, you cant help but feel like you are in good hands.
Tyler did a great job setting up showings for houses he thought we would like as well as houses we found ourselves online. During the negotiations he was able to get us every concession that we asked for. His team made the closing process very easy as well!
