I have worked with Joe and Tyler in multiple transactions over the past couple of years as a service provider to their clients and have had nothing but a great experience with each transaction. Tyler and his team were amazing to work with. We were purchasing a new construction home and needed to sell ours at the right time and they were able to accomplish that for us. I can't begin to say enough about Tyler Fogarty and his team! We were selling our first home, so we had never gone through the selling process and Tyler's knowledge and expertise was spot on. Tyler and the team at Fox and Fogarty get many applause from us! We had a very short time to find a home to buy due to the fact that he SOLD our house so quickly. We were sort of all over the place about what we wanted. We had one last set of houses to see before we had to decide to just rent for a bit. Tyler called that day and said that he had one he thought we might like and he added it to the list that night. That ended up being the house we bought! Tyler and his team represented us when we recently relocated and had to sell our first house in Knoxville. As first time home sellers, the process from start to finish was above our expectations, taking exactly six weeks from listing day to closing day, and proved to be a better experience than we possibly could have hoped for.
