Simply stated Tyler Fogarty gets it! Throughout the house search process he was attentive and listened to our needs and wants that we were looking for in a new home. Tyler did an excellent job and working to make sure that once we found "The House" that we got everything we asked for from a great price to any repairs or upgrades we wanted to negotiate for. Tyler listed our house and we almost immediately got an offer. It wasn't the right offer for us, but offers came in regularly until we got the right one.
Tyler is a great realtor and even better person. Over the past several years I've watched him grow as a business person and reach some lofty goals as an agent.
