Tyler and his team are the BEST in Knoxville! Tyler made the process of selling our first home so easy and stress free. He was always available to answer questions and checked in with us regularly. I’ve sold two houses with Tyler as my realtor and bought two houses with Tyler as my realtor. He’s always been super responsive... always getting back to me usually within the hour if I had to leave a message. On the last home we purchased, after the sale, he helped make sure a problem was corrected at no additional charge to us after the contractor who made the “repair” didn’t actually fix the problem. He really went above and beyond what I thought a reasonable person would do in the situation. Can’t recommend him enough!!!
Thanks to Ashley who made the sale of our lake house so easy ! Within 10 days it sold and closed three weeks later! She is willing to answer questions anytime and was always available! Wish there was a button for 10 stars!

I can not say enough about Tyler Fogarty as a realtor and a person. We have had to negotiate two buy and sells on the same day in the last five years and he has helped us navigate each circumstance without a hitch even though each had their own unique challenge. However, it is what he did after the last sale that sets him and fox and fogarty apart from other realtors.
