Outstanding apartments!
Love living here. The staff are super friendly in the office and always say "hi" and ask how I am every time I walk in the door. Maintenance also is generally super quick on fixing stuff! It's nice because it's relatively super quiet for being right by campus and campus town also.

Misplaced my renters insurance and notified me 2 days before my rent was due and if I didn't "provide proof" I'd have to pay an additional charge on my rent. And never got assigned a parking spot. Now my car has been towed and it's as if it's my fault because I was given anything to tell me where to park. (Given a garage door opener and found out my parking spots outside)
I came in for a tour and the girl who helped me was named Kellie. She was so kind and helpful throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable about the prices of things and amenities.
