RecommendedSuch an amazing place to live. The whole staff is so friendly and are always around to help you. They truly care about all the tenants and make a real effort to get to know you! Best place I have lived BY FAR. I highly recommend - you cannot best the location, apartment amenities, and kind workers.
The office staff is so friendly and The Foundry has the best location! I’ve loved my time here so far. Apartments are clean, modern and perfect for a students needs.
I love The Foundry! The location is so convenient and especially fun during the weekends. The apartment is modern, kept very clean and my view is priceless!! The staff and maintenance are also so friendly and helpful. Amenities include: a study room, gym, tanning bed, and a Starbucks coffee machine. Campus is right across the street and the Cyride stops every few minutes. The Foundry is a perfect apartment for ISU students.

I’ve lived at the foundry for the last two years and I’ve loved every experience here. The amenities are really nice and the actual apartment is nicer than any place you’ll find with such a great location. Highly recommended!

The Foundry is an amazing place to live! The staff is very nice and helpful and always go above and beyond what is necessary to give you the best experience. The random free food and coffee bar are great perks. Another thing I love about the Foundry is the location and the other residents as well. This has definitely been my favorite place to live at Iowa State and I would recommend it to anyone!
Absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing and feel like family! 10/10 recommend. The apartments are beautiful and so close to campus!
