RecommendedOur waiter Eric was unbelievably attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. He recommended the Bison Eggs ~ Pickled quail eggs wrapped in house-made buffalo sausage. Served with a raspberry-pepper jam. Our version of a Scottish Egg. So GOOD!!! The Bison Filet Mignon melted in your mouth. It was a very special experience for Valentine’s Day!
