During my 43 mile ride, me best mate noticed my MTB seat post looked bent. In stopping off at Ringwood popped in to The Forge, very helpful chap presented me with a nice brand new seat post, fitted it, measured it and cut it down. Very friendly and helpful as I wasn't expecting him to cut it down and fit it. Only paid for the seat post. Thank you

After having a previous bad experience here and giving it a second chance, I am appalled with the service I have now received (both bike care and customer service) after taking a second bike to them. I have a TT bike which I originally took in for a loose headset that wouldn’t tighten. I was greeted by Martin who took the bike on willingly. When I received the bike back, there was a spacer on top of the aero stem which was now preventing the dust cover from being fitted. I took two Giant bikes to be serviced and one brand new one to be built. I've have nothing but problems with them all. It was a very expensive mistake using these people and I had to go elsewhere to get them fixed.
Excellent service. Always use these guys and they’ve always provided top quality service and although I no longer live in the area I still return as trust them completely with all things bike related.
