Arrived for an 11.30 appointment and left at 11.45 as still waiting. Was told on arrival that the appointments were running to time. Receptionist was polite and helpful and reminded chiropodist at 11.40 of the time. Very disappointing experience
Great experience ! I have just had my first ever visit to a podiatrist at the " The Foot Health Centre" in Coulsdon. The service in reception was lovely and the whole place has a real " family" and friendly feel to it. I saw Mymuna ( hoping it is the correct spelling) who was excellent and totally explained the whole process and what I can do to improve my footcare on a daily basis. I had an excellent consultation with Marie in the Foot Health Centre, Coulsdon. Marie corrected a misdiagnosis of toenail fungus which prevented me from taking Terbinafine tablets for which there are many side effects, some of which are extremely serious. Marie treated my thickened and jagged toenails and applied a soothing foot cream to both feet. I saw Hossein 6 weeks before the London Marathon, with a pain in my foot that had plagued me all last year. He quickly diagnosed my issue and provided me with with effective, no nonsense treatment. He did some acupuncture and laser treatment. Within 2 sessions and following his rehab exercises, I was running pain free. I completed the London Marathon and six days later ran a Spartan Beast. Thank you Hossein for fixing me!
Would recommend this clinic. I had a cluster of verrucas on my big toe that were completely cleared up by a dry needling treatment. The service i received was very friendly and professional
