Lovely experience ! I can’t remember the name of the lady that looked after me today however she was very professional very gentle and she put me at ease thank you
My Father visited this place and the guy who cleaned and clipped his feet was very rough with him. Caused a tremendous amount of pain and something needs to be done about this.
Arrived for an 11.30 appointment and left at 11.45 as still waiting. Was told on arrival that the appointments were running to time. Receptionist was polite and helpful and reminded chiropodist at 11.40 of the time. Very disappointing experience
Great experience ! I have just had my first ever visit to a podiatrist at the " The Foot Health Centre" in Coulsdon. The service in reception was lovely and the whole place has a real " family" and friendly feel to it. I saw Mymuna ( hoping it is the correct spelling) who was excellent and totally explained the whole process and what I can do to improve my footcare on a daily basis. I had an excellent consultation with Marie in the Foot Health Centre, Coulsdon. Marie corrected a misdiagnosis of toenail fungus which prevented me from taking Terbinafine tablets for which there are many side effects, some of which are extremely serious. Marie treated my thickened and jagged toenails and applied a soothing foot cream to both feet.
