I would highly recommend Karen @the foot clinic in Birkdale. I’ve always hated my feet and never took real care. My toe nails have always been damaged from wearing ill fitting shoes (squeezing my feet into smaller shoes) She fully examined them with care. Decided as my toenail was dead and not attached to my nail bed to cut it right down and rebuilt me a new toenail. I was recommended Karen the foot health practitioner at The Nail and Beauty Lounge in Birkdale by a friend when I lost my big toe nail in an accident .I also suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands and feet and struggle with general foot care with my toe nails . I presented huge problems to Karen which I was extremely embarrassed by - but nothing phased her and she made me feel so relaxed and at ease.
