Dr. Kinnard and staff were amazing. I broke my little pinky toe and dislocated it and was in severe pain. He saw me immediately the afternoon after seeing urgent care that morning cannot say enough about how good he was how cordial he was and very concerned about everything I would highly recommend it even though it’s in a strip mall the office is very clean and the staff is very great.
Worse place to go gat an appointment at 11 am is 1 pm office got empty and still not called another patient came in and it was seen right away when ask I was completely ignored and just left standing in the window while the staff keept playing on there phones worse expirence ever dont recommend one bit there a lot other places with better service and the same expirence happen with my parents
My first red flag should have been when they gave me cortisone injections but failed to check my chart to see if any of my current medications interacted with it. Two do and my fingers and face went numb for days and will occasionally do so on and off still. My second red flag should have been when they dismissed my symptoms as being a part of my scoliosis rather than a separate issue, which it most definitely is. We had to pay $250 nonrefundable just to be his patient. Then it was $274 for some cream that we had to get filled in Mississippi. And the office is in a very shady strip mall. I would not recommend.
