I had the pleasure of devouring the cream of crab soup it was perfect!!! There were actual lumps of sweet crab meat in every bite. I also tried the Shrimp & Grits it was by far the best I have ever had . The customer service gets an A+ they even had the perfect ice
This was my first time here and I loved it! We went for my sister's birthday and everything was perfect. The food was amazing and the employees were so friendly. Definitely recommend it!!

This place is excellent. We prefer about 0 things off of the menu and every dish was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place if you are in Hamden, or even farther out.

Our first visit was on my birthday, February 21st 2017. I cannot describe the amazingness I felt during our visit. All of the great, unique, delicious food. The service from Rebecca was amazing! We just visited again last night and all of the same stayed true. Cant wait to go again, and again!!

Throw a dart at the menu and you'll find your next gem. We had fried green tomato & crab, tuna poke, & Brussels sprouts & kale caesar to start. Loved the tomato, tuna excellent, but the Brussels/kale Caesar a show stopper- we fought over it. Mains included sea bass & lamb chops. My wife didn't offer a bite of the sea bass, but she stole a lamb chop. The mains were excellent. Toss a dart, expand your horizons, and you'll be happy at the Food Market.
